Ingredients

2 - 4 boneless chicken breasts

1/2 - 1 tsp. salt (preferably pink Himalayan or sea salt)

1/2 - 1 tsp. pepper

1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 - 1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 - 1 tsp. paprika

2 - 3 Tbsp. coconut or olive oil

Directions

Mix spices in a small bowl. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with spice mixture. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over med-high heat. Add chicken and brown for 2-3 mins on each side. Place Dutch oven, covered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Let rest 5-10 mins before serving.
